Please when looking to add one of these complex, highly intelligent, very human like, caring, emotional monkeys to your home, only do so through ethical means. Only adopt / purchase thru a licensed USDA Breeder or Zoo. That means your baby was born n captivity and you can see the babies parents. Check all state, city and county laws where you legally reside. And also just as importantly PLEASE don’t acquire any monkey if you can not afford or do not plan to provide a 2nd monkey playmate of the same species. Minimum of 2 but remember all monkeys are troop animals. No monkey should be forced to live in solitude in a home without an other like him or her. It’s selfish. Spiders live 40-45 years. So yes super cute as babies. But once past the baby stage they have a lot of needs that need to be met .
